They will end the TMS pilot program from the 1st November but the pre approved sessions that were provided in September to me will no longer be available for me to use. I have paid the premium to these guys to have those sessions/treatments and they took me those away like this. Not fair. Will make a complain to the consumers affairs.

When I reconnected yesterday to continue with my account I was informed my account was terminated and I would need to rejoin with a new hold period.
It goes without saying that taking my business elsewhere was my best option. Insurance companies have such a dodgy reputation for many reasons however GMHBA only cares about the bottom line!
Do yourself a favour a look around for a better company.
