- Sky McKissack Added December 24, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Okay, so I have never even left a bad review for a place, but I am really quite sad with my experience. I came from out of town after wanting to do a blonde balayage for MONTHS. I was so excited! The stylist was very kind and professional, but by the end you couldn’t really even tell that my hair had been lightened. I’m quite disappointed that I spent $260 and I can’t even see the difference. I felt too bad to say anything at first, so a few days later I texted the salon and they told me if I would like to go lighter than I would have to book a second appointment, instead of offering to fix the problem. I really wanted to love this Salon, but I’m really disappointed in how everything turned out. I wish that they were more efficient in fixing what didn’t turn out right instead of telling me that I will have to pay even more to get it fixed.

Edit: The owner has responded to my review claiming I have never been to the salon when I have most definitely been. Talking about pay is very professional and highly promoted in business these days. It is very frowned upon for a business to silence their employees about pay. The ownership/managers need a good long talk with an HR pro. Thank you for responding to my review, it still stands as a 1 Star.
