  GMHBA is a great organisation which I would always recommend. The only negative thing is there is always a long wait on the phone when you need to speak to a customer care consultant. This is why I have rated them with 4 stars rather than 5.

  Dodgy. They will end the TMS pilot program from the 1st November but the pre approved sessions that were provided in September to me will no longer be available for me to use. I have paid the premium to these guys to have those sessions/treatments and they took me those away like this. Not fair. Will make a complain to the consumers affairs.

  Just spoke to the most delightful, most efficient and personable lady on the phone. Call was answered in less than one minute and solution for complex problems resolved quickly and efficiently.

  I was a platinum member for many many years and put my account on hold during the covid lockdown due to unemployment. When I reconnected yesterday to continue with my account I was informed my account was terminated and I would need to rejoin with a new hold period.
  It goes without saying that taking my business elsewhere was my best option. Insurance companies have such a dodgy reputation for many reasons however GMHBA only cares about the bottom line!
  Do yourself a favour a look around for a better company.
