  Customer service was fine, however the tax return time promised was 2 weeks, however it took up to almost a month for me and my other family members to receive our tax returns. Furthermore, my tax accountant imputed my banking details wrong, which meant a cheque was sent out to me. Will be looking at a different company for next year.

  Good customer service but the good news ended there with me not hearing anything for three weeks and then following up to find out that my tax return was not only not lodged but not done correctly and was promised $600 more than what I will now receive back. Much easier to do a little bit of research and do it yourself.
