Staff seemed honest, competent and friendly. I didn't feel obligated to buy top of the range items nor pressured while making my decision. Proof will be in the receipt of the quote.
Since the review above, I can confirm I have purchased a kitchen and I am very pleased with the entire process. Jamie and Rob have gone beyond accommodating to get my wishes finalized. Nothing was too much trouble and personally helped me achieve what I needed. My new kitchen is ace and I love it. You won't get this personal touch from any of the big main stream suppliers. We have been designing our utility with Phase 3 over several sessions and it's been an absolute delight, totally patient and creative team brilliant products. My partner took me into Wicks to compare and I said " you have spoilt me by showing me phase three first as their quality and design is world's apart " We can't wait for our units! And then onto our dream kitchen after☺
